The Ultimate 2020 Workout Playlist

A good playlist can make or break any mood or situation, especially if you’re working out.
Listening to a slow song while working out could kill your mood and unmotivate you to continue to workout. At the peak of your workout, you want to listen to songs that have above 150 musical beats per minute, or bpm, to get you hyped up and energetic.
If you have a subscription to a music streaming service, such as Spotify or Apple Music, you can search for a number of different fitness playlists that have been curated by other people. There are spin playlists, running playlists, yoga playlists and many more for any workout you can imagine.
With lots of new music coming out, I’ve curated a playlist with songs from 2020 to help ensure you have a great workout.
