The only problem is that there are so many different kinds of masks that it sometimes feels impossible to choose one! “It works on all skin types and ages to tighten the skin, [it is] a super great anti-aging product, and shrinks pores so the skin has a smoother, more plump/youthful, and glowy appearance,” said Ogden. “I can tell my skin is a lot softer, smoother, and I look a lot less tired. I have some fine lines around my mouth and forehead from singing and those have gotten WAY less noticeable.”

This mask may be on the pricier side at $58, but it gives the best results and lasts a long time. This has been my favorite mask out of countless ones that I’ve tried. Unlike other masks that dry and crack, which can get a bit uncomfortable, this one maintains the same texture. Some face masks are fun to wear, but don’t have any actual effective results; however, this mask actually does exactly what it says: It pulls out the dirt and build up from pimples, clearing your skin and making your face look polished and clean. This is also great for those with dry skin; as someone who struggles with this often, I can testify that this mask keeps your skin extremely hydrated and healthy feeling!
3. For Dry and Flaky Skin: Magnaminty Mask from Lush
This minty mask made of Kaolin clay and peppermint oil is not only a face mask, but also a body mask. This mask does a lot for the skin other than just cleansing. The aduki beans in this mask help exfoliate, which alleviates dryness; the honey soothes and moisturizes, and the vanilla helps rid the skin of redness. All of these ingredients work together to provide a great way to calm your skin. Plus, this mask is only $15!

4. For Oily Skin: Glamglow Bubble Sheet Mask
This mask doesn’t just help your skin – it also gives you an exciting and fun way to do so! This mask creates a fizzy, bubbly foam on your face that not only feels good, but will leave you looking good as it removes unwanted dirt. This mask is great for oily skin and probably one to stay away from if your skin is more on the dry side, as this detox helps with uneven texture and removing oil, according to Glamglow. This mask is sold at Sephora for only $9!
5. Anti-Stress and Deep Cleanse: Dead Sea Minerals Clay Facial Mask
For a cheaper and more convenient mask that can be found at CVS, try the Dead Sea Minerals clay facial mask. I love this bright blue clay mask. Not only does it leave my skin feeling smooth, but my skin always remains clear when I use it. The dead sea minerals, sea salts, plankton and algae extracts are all active ingredients to help your skin radiate and removes any dirt and oils while it de-stresses you after a long day. At only $5, it is a great mask to use when you are also looking to save money!
