A Letter from the Editor

Welcome to The Campus Trainer!

My name is Lindsay Garbacik, and I am honored to be the editor-in-chief of this University of Maryland student-run publication that focuses on nutrition, fitness, fashion, beauty and general wellbeing. Our dedicated team of writers, editors and social media handlers is constantly working to convey accurate, original information on these topics in a way that is pertinent to college students. We strive to be informative, yet exciting; bold, yet realistic; interesting, yet truthful.

Thanks for allowing your busy life to intersect with our work, even if just for a few moments.

For many of us, this publication marks the beginning of our careers as journalists and writers. I am touched that you, as a reader, have now become part of that journey. We value any input from our readers, and I encourage you to provide us with that feedback. Your ideas allow us to learn, grow and accomplish. Whether you have a thought for a story, a question on an article or would like to work with us, please feel free to email thecampustrainer@gmail.com at any time. We look forward to hearing from you.

Best,

Lindsay Garbacik
